The Person.

You will be someone who is good at solving problems with strong IT skills.You will be a good learner who wants to keep on learning. You must be professional in your approach and self motivated, able to set and meet your own goals in a fast moving, busy environment. Your strong inter personal skills will be demonstrated in both written and verbal exchanges with your colleagues and our clients.

The Job.

We want someone to work in our support team. Our clients, small businesses and large corporates alike, demand varying levels of help and assistance with their day to day IT systems. In addition we need to ensure that problems don’t arise too often so our new team member will be expected to make sure that the servers our customers rely on are patched up and backed up. We run Windows and Linux on both physical and virtual machines, knowledge and experience in these areas would be a distinct advantage. Finally, it would help to have an understanding of networking technologies. Training will be provided if you don’t have everything we’re after so don’t feel you have to know it all to apply.

IT Facilitas are a well established IT consultancy based in South Manchester. We are entering our 10th year of providing support, service and systems to businesses of all sizes all over the world. We have recently doubled the size of our team as we continue to grow to meet the ever increasing technical demands of our business partners.

The Challenge.
